2. Products and Services
Fable Decor specializes in manufacturing custom-made furniture, with a primary focus on upholstered designs tailored to your requirements. All our products are made to order and are not held in stock. We also provide re-upholstery and repair services for products purchased from us.
3. Ordering Process

Placing Orders: Orders can be placed both online and offline.

Payment Requirements: A deposit of between 50% and 70% of the total order value is required, with special orders requiring full payment.

Invoice and Delivery Date: An invoice will be issued within 2 working days, which will also include the estimated delivery date.

Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer or through approved digital payment platforms. Cash payments will only be accepted with prior approval from the sales manager.

Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be processed within 48 hours using the original method of payment.

Delivery Terms: Deliveries are made to the doorstep. Fable Decor is not responsible for any damages that occur after the delivery is completed.

Reporting Defects: Any defects must be reported within 48 hours, and acknowledgment of receipt should be confirmed upon delivery.
6. Changes, Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Modifications: Changes to an order must be made before manufacturing begins.

Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel any order. Deposits for orders canceled after manufacturing is complete will not be refunded.

Refund Processing: Refunds, where applicable, may take up to 30 days to process. Refunds cannot be processed without a corresponding invoice.
