If raw materials have already been purchased, a cancellation may still be possible; however, deductions might be applied. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by contacting our customer care team. We will acknowledge your cancellation in writing.
2. Refund Conditions
Refunds Not Permitted
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

If the cancellation is requested after production has commenced or raw materials have been acquired.

For orders that include special or additional customizations.

When incorrect or incomplete information is supplied by the customer regarding the order.

If the product has already been delivered or is currently in transit.
Refunds Permitted
A refund may be considered if:

The cancellation is made before the manufacturing process has begun and before raw materials have been purchased.

The delivered product significantly deviates from the description provided on our website.

There is a clear manufacturing error or defect on our part.

The product delivery is delayed beyond the maximum estimated timeframe provided, and the delay is solely attributable to us.
3. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the following steps will be followed:

You must provide valid reasons and any supporting evidence for the refund request.

Our team will review the details to determine refund eligibility.

Once approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 30 days.

Please note that an administration fee may be deducted from the refund amount in certain cases.

Refunds will only be processed against a valid invoice; order forms will not be accepted as invoices.

For special orders—including those with additional customizations—cancellations or refunds are not permitted if raw materials have been received or production has begun. We encourage you to confirm all order details carefully before finalizing a special order.
